OUR HISTORY
For four generations, we've relied on family-centric values and the examples of character Vernon Kinsey, our founder, gave us. When life challenged Vernon, leaving him paralyzed below the waist, he turned his passion for archery into a profession. He persevered, built a successful business, treated everyone with respect and never let challenges hold him back. Today, Freedom Outfitters | Armory honors Vernon's legacy as we continuously strive to spread and support a love of the outdoors, spending time hunting and fishing with family and friends.
Our four-season retail store in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania is one of the largest family owned destinations for passionate outdoorsmen and women. While we carry some awesome items that can only be found at independent retailers, it is our dedication to helping others prepare for the outdoors that truly sets us apart from the chain stores in the area.
FREEDOM OUTFITTERS
Our Outfitter store focuses on the broad outdoorsman with large offerings in archery, firearms, ammunition, clothing, treestands, fishing, and all things hunting. The Freedom Outfitters location is your go-to source for a wide-selection of hunting and outdoor merchandise, as well as training, contests, and service.

FREEDOM ARMORY
Our Armory locations include indoor ranges and focus on new and used firearms and ammunition including: recreational shooting, target shooting, and defensive tactical accessories. Training includes beginner-through-advanced firearms classes and much more. A general selection of hunting and archery products will remain in specific locations.
