Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

  • Free shipping applies to orders over $99.00. Some exclusions may apply.
  • Additional shipping charges for Haz-Mat, oversized, or heavy items will be applied during checkout.
  • All non-firearm orders under $99.00 will incur a $9.99 flat rate shipping charge.
  • All firearm orders will incur a $25.00 flat rate shipping charge.
  • Any orders eligible for free shipping will ship standard delivery and should arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • At our discretion, orders may be shipped using FedEx, United States Postal Service or UPS carriers.
  • Deliveries to a PO Box can only be shipped via United States Postal Service.
  • Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, and all US Territories may take 3-4 weeks to be delivered. Please call 717-653-5524 for a shipping and handling charge quote. Additional fees will be charged separately.
  • Orders shipped to APO/FPO may take 6-8 weeks to be delivered.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • All ammunition, smokeless powder, and primers are considered hazardous and can only be shipped FedEx or UPS within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping fees will be applied during checkout. A physical street address is required for ammunition, smokeless power, and primer sales. PO boxes will not be accepted. Please know your local laws for restrictions on ammunition before placing an order. Age verification will be required post purchase.
  • Firearms and ammunition that are purchased on the same order will be shipped separately. The firearm will be delivered to your desired Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer (FFL). The ammunition will be delivered to you directly if state and local laws permit. A background check will be required at the time of firearm pickup. Additional fees may be incurred. Ammunition purchase age verification will be required post purchase.
  • Tracking information will be made available to you after order shipment is confirmed. You may locate an order shipment confirmation in your email or by reviewing your order status through our website. Please be sure to check spam email folders.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for returns unless an error has occurred on our part while shipping your order.

IN-STORE PICKUP ORDERS:

All buy online pickup in-store orders placed before 12:00 pm EST Monday - Friday will be available for pick up the same day. All orders placed after 12:00 pm will be available for pick up the following day. Any order placed after 12:00 pm on Friday will not be available for pick up until the next business day (Monday). Please note, your order will NOT be ready for pick up until you receive an email stating that your order status has changed to "awaiting pick up."

• Absolutely no returns will be accepted on firearms, ammunition, smokeless powder, or primer purchases due to safety reasons.

• You MUST be over the age of 18 to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and over 21 to purchase pistol ammunition.  Age verification will be required post purchase.

60-DAY RETURN POLICY:

  • We encourage you to call the ecommerce department @ 717-653-5524 or email us @ ecom@FDMOutfitters.com before returning an item you purchased online. In many cases, we can remedy an issue over the phone or via email.
  • All product returns must be made within 60 days of purchase date. Any returns after 60 days of purchase date will be returned to the shipping address on the order unless prior return authorization was granted.
  • In the unfortunate event that we make an error on your order or if the product is defective, you will be provided a paid return label. A full refund will be processed to the original method of payment upon receipt of the returned item and successful inspection, or a re-shipment will be processed if one was requested.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount if a product is not in its original packaging or is in used condition. There will be no restocking fee for products that are returned in original condition or if the item was defective upon customer receipt.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and will not be refunded original shipping and handling charges unless the item was defective upon receipt or the wrong item was shipped.
  • For legal and safety reasons, no firearms, ammunition, primers, gunpowder, crossbows, compound bows, tree stands, mouth calls or safety harnesses can be returned.
  • For sanitary reasons, no undergarments can be returned.
