The stirrup dampeners slide on the stirrup and one goes on each side to assist with vibration and noise. These work only on crossbows that have a screw (removable stirrup)The limb dampeners fit 11/16"";They can accommodate limbs gaps close to 3/4"";Place 2 close together on each side of the crossbow limbs.
