Description
The Ergomax Processing Knife Set includes six knives with black titanium-coated 5Cr15Mov steel blades and triple-shot handles with soft-touch TPR. The ergonomic, non-slip over-molded handle design is built to improve control during extended cutting tasks. Blade profiles include an 8-inch Granton butcher, two 6-inch boning knives, a 5-inch skinner, and a 4-inch drop point. A two-stage sharpener with coarse carbide and fine ceramic is included.
